In the world of custom material handling, we often run into scenarios where we are tasked with solving unique material handling problems. Below are a few examples that we have engineered and built over the years.

Potato portioner loader
This machine was built to deliver frozen potatoes on demand to 8 different locations.
Cat food packaging machine
This machine was engineered from scratch to process up to 1 million cans of cat food per day. Taking single flavor trays on the infeed and creating variety packs of various quantities, all by selecting the recipe on the HMI.
Skewering system
Simple solution to increase throughput, and decrease strain on the operators to skewer raw jerky meat equally spaced on the skewers.
De-skewering system
Solution to streamline removing the cured jerky meats from the skewers.
Licorice extruders
A fully custom solution to extrude licorice into a set of continuous twisted strands.
