Lucas has been in the food processing equipment industry since 2004. He spent the beginning of his career as a design engineer and project manager. He has been to numerous food plants (70+ and rising) for project discovery, kickoff meetings, layout confirmation, and many installations. Before starting InLine Motion he served as an engineering manager working with cross-functional teams overseeing the design and integration on several multi-million dollar systems. Lucas is very detail oriented, always driven by innovation, and never settles for anything less than excellence.

Hailing from Italy, it's not surprising that Marco sees the industry in a different way than most designers before him. His unique talent to understand his client's needs with very little direction has allowed him to grow very quickly in the industry. He has been involved in the testing and installations of numerous integrated systems. Before starting InLine Motion he had experience in business ownership as he grew up in a family where his father is also an entrepreneur.
