Modular Belt Conveyors

Modular Belt Conveyors

Modular belt conveyors are highly versatile and widely used in the industry due to the flexibility offered by modular belting. These belts can be used in almost any type of conveyor configuration, such as radius/curve conveyors, Z conveyors, friction top inline conveyors, vertical bucket elevators, and spiral conveyors, among others. One of the key advantages of modular belts is their reliability and ease of maintenance. For high-temperature applications, metal belts are also available.

At InLine Motion, we have extensive experience with a wide range of modular belts, and we can guide you in selecting the best belt for your specific project. By following the manufacturer's specifications, our modular belted conveyors will not only perform better and last longer, but they will also maintain your belt warranty, both during initial installation and when future replacements are required.

Almost every type of conveyor can be produced with modular belting: radius/curve conveyors, Z conveyors, friction top inline conveyors, vertical bucket elevators, and spiral conveyors just to name a few of the possible configurations.
This is a full case sorting system. The final installation includes a case scale and label scanner to set the target weight for the full case scale. The rejected cases are sent to the gravity roller conveyor. Accepted cases are transported to either of two spiral incline conveyors, depending on the selection on the HMI.
Our stainless steel line of conveyors is constructed to maintain maximum cleanability without sacrificing safety. The entire conveyor can be disassembled to its skeleton without the use of any tools.
