CNC Router
Our ShopSabre IS510 CNC router allows us to cut engineered plastics such as UHMW, Acetal (Delrin), HDPE, Lexan, etc. It is also capable of cutting all woods. The hybrid phenolic top with T-slot rails also allows the processing of aluminum both with and without coolant misting. We have also outfitted the machine with a heavy duty dragknife which allows processing of materials that need to be cut/sliced vs. machined.
We have many customers that have seen great improvements in both time and cost to produce their parts on our CNC router. Creating custom vacuum pods for their parts allows us to not only speed production, but hold tolerances that would typically require expensive CNC milling with multiple setups.
